Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Damage During Transit
We offer replacements only for items damaged in transit. If return pickup is available at your location, we will arrange it. Otherwise, customers may need to ship the item back to us. A standard return shipping cost of ₹100 will be refunded. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a coupon/voucher for future use.

Order Cancellation & Product Unavailability
Orders once placed cannot be canceled or exchanged. If an item is unavailable, it can be replaced with another item of equal or higher value (upon additional payment) or compensated via a coupon/voucher.

Handmade & Custom Orders
For handmade/custom jewelry (e.g., kundan jadau, kemp), damaged items will be remade or compensated with a voucher. No refunds or direct replacements apply.

International Orders
We do not offer returns or exchanges for international customers, but we take utmost care in packaging. If issues arise, we will try to resolve them case by case.

Delivery Issues
Please ensure someone is available to receive the package during courier hours (9 AM–5 PM IST). If delivery fails after multiple attempts and the parcel is returned, re-shipping charges will apply.

Damage or Missing Claims
All issues (e.g., non-receipt, damages) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims beyond this window will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns or refunds will NOT be accepted for:

  1. Color tone variations due to digital photography
  2. Minor irregularities or handmade imperfections
  3. Size, weight, or look not matching expectations
  4. Bent earring stems (intentional to prevent breakage)
  5. Beads/stones detached in transit (can be fixed with fabric glue)
  6. Incorrect bangle size (size chart provided on product pages)
  7. Free add-ons like back ropes (can be sent with future orders)
